Description: For your consideration is this pair of signed antique Scottish oil paintings on board in fancy gold gilt wood frames. The frames measure 15 1/4 x 18 1/4" overall and fit 9x12". Both are signed, lower right with a very small monogram style signature that looks to be "HJ" or "JH". Both depict scenes of Scotland's famous Loch Lomond, with one being pencil inscribed on the back. One frame, the one on the left, shows areas of loss, shown in photos 10-13. The other one shows some smaller, well done old repairs, but nothing extreme. otherwise, they are solid and stable and still show quite well.
