Description: These are well framed plates by Zeh Scherzer & Co. of Bavaria, sold in theearly 1900’s. They are both marked 7447 and “Rembrandt”, ges. gesch, and the company logos on the back. The plates are 8 1/2” in diameter, with velvet and lace trim in 14 1/4” diameter wood frames. The woman looking to the lefthas a worn spot in her hat, but both are in very good condition.
