Description: NOS well handled US made Penn 209MS I bought this reel a long time ago and used it as a display reel. It looks like it has scrapes from loose stuff in the box being moved around over the years. It was probably handled a fair amount as a display reel at a store way back when also…BUT it’s a nice display reel. The box is pretty rough. The reel clamp is missing.
