The birthday cards are all printed using genuine toners and in high resolution full colour.All our cards are designed in house by our design team and are custom designed. Postage & Packaging We ship all our birthday cards via Royal Mail 2nd Class labels but we can send via Royal Mail 1st Class & Special Delivery. These are posted in a C5 hardback envelope that fits through a standard letterbox. Due to ebay rules, we can only ship your item to the address that is within the order provided. Terms & Conditions We aim to send your order within 72 hours from ordering but in busy periods this could be over 72 hours. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm excluding Bank Holidays. If your order is urgent then please get in touch with us by phone. If the personalisation is not sent on time we will not be held responsible for the delay and it will be you the buyer's responsibility to make sure the details have come through. If you require the birthday card by a certain date that is close, please add this in the notes to seller section, upgrade the postage and contact us so we are aware of the deadline. We will post within our handling times but it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that they have chosen the right postage to ensure arrival date.
