The obverse side shows a Green Manila Hotel 100 overprint, Manuel Acuna Roxas, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal, and Roxas lowering the United States flag and raising the Philippines flag on 4 July 1946 in Manilas Independence Grandstand. The reverse side features the Old Central Bank of the Philippines building and the new Central Bank of the Philippines headquarters building in Manila. This banknote has a windowed security thread with demetalized 100 and a solid security thread. It also contains a watermark with Manuel Roxas. The banknote is 160 x 66 mm in size and is signed by Armando M. Tetangco Jr and Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition.
