This is the side plate with armature bearing that holds the motor contact brush. Manufactured in the 1960's by Pittman; Sellersville, PA. Pittman Part # 95-67-1. Original 1960's NOS will work on all 1/32 scale Sports & G T Cars and 1/24th scale and 1/25th scale G P cars. My Dad owned a Hobby Shop that closed in the early 1970's, and he kept some of the more interesting slot cars and accessories from that era.
