Description: This product is best used to integrate your landline telephone with a computer (desktop or laptop) and with a mobile (cell) phone. This Savi W720 product marries the WO2 base unit with the wireless, two earpiece WH350 headset with boom microphone. The manual is missing but can be downloaded from the web. The headset is charged on the base unit and can operate between 9 to 13 hours depending on functions in use. The ear padding is soft faux leather and is in decent condition but is showing some wear. The range of the headset to base unit is up to 350 feet. The earpieces can swivel, and the headband is adjustable. At the time of shipping, the headset is fully charged for your convenience. The base unit uses Dect 6.0 as its wireless protocol to the headset which is more secure than Bluetooth. All other devices are paired with the base unit either through Bluetooth (v2.1) or a cable. Windows 7 and above will add the Plantronics drivers automatically through Windows Update. The softphones from Cisco, Avaya, and Skype will work with the Savi W720. As Windows XP and Vista have been discontinued quite a while ago, you will not be able to find the Plantronics device driver software to install.
