Description: This box is the UMC .44 Henry which dates to the early 1870's (possibly even the late 1860's). It is, of course empty, with the side wrappers sealed. However, you can cut the wrappers and open it for display if you'd prefer. ***If you prefer this box made for modern cartridges (.44-40, .45 Colt, etc), please send me a message and specify - otherwise I will send you one made to original dimensions for the .44 Henry Rimfire Cartridge. *** All of the boxes I've recreated all date to the from the 1870's - 1880's and are what collectors now, for obvious reasons, refer to as "picture boxes." These are not photocopies or printed from pictures I've Googled. These are high resolution, digital recreations. I have included a picture of an original box for comparison.
