ITEM CONDITION Set of 4 pieces of approximately 3 inch long heavy duty 4mm elastic and 8 metal ferrules. No other parts are included. I use thick 4mm elastic, the same size as American Girl. I know others use smaller 3mm or 1/8 inch elastic, but it doesnt hold up or last as well. I don't include instructions, but there are a lot of great tutorials on the internet.
