Description: Tested this little buddy out as best I could (no film to work with). Powers on, lamp works, forward and reverse are correct. Needs a new belt to be operational. Opened it up on the left side (see photos) and the belt had turned to dust. If you’re looking at this listing it is 💯 likely a belt was for sale for 7 bucks.
