Description: For sale is a Silva 405 head tube facer/reamer for a 1-1/8" headset. The reamer is 33.93mm in diameter and the facer will face head tubes up to 41.5mm in diameter. Included are the Morse #2 tapered arbor with pilot for machine reaming/facing. These cutters will fit the Campagnolo 733 headset press/reamer/facer handles (not part of this sale) if you prefer hand machining. Simply replace the 1" cutters on the Campagnolo set up with these and you will need to machine an aluminum cone to center the Campy handles on the non cutter side. If needed we can machine a cone for you for additional cost. If using the machine arbor a "rest" is needed to support the end of the head tube not getting machined. The "rest" is also not part of this sale. While these cutters are used, they are in very good condition, are very sharp and have no chipping or chunks missing from the cutting edges. As always, use a good quality tapping fluid lubricant and always turn the cutters in a clockwise direction. No returns or refunds.
