Strong Shock Absorption Wing Mount w/ SS Screws

Description: XRT Upgraded Wing Mount with Stainless Screws This is an upgrade to the OEM wing mount which tends to break because it is so stiff and the plastic is brittle. This is more forgiving and absorbs impacts better. We have even upped the ante with this design and created a progressive shock absorbing design. This is 3D printed from TPU Rubber and the first action will compress easy to the center section, then the center section adds a stiffer compression in the logo area that will slow the compression down for more shock absorption. We also have a second stage to our design, we use two different infills. 100% around the screws to give the strength and a much lower in the logo section to give that shock absorption and prevent transfer. We include full length stainless screws, washers, spacers and y lock nuts. Do not over tighten and pinch the rubber, just tighten enough to lock the screw in place.Please note that you can just order the full length bolt kit if you already have a wing mount and want to modify. You will need to thread the bolt all the way through or expand the hole to 4mm so the bolt just slides through. Select none for the mount color and then include bolt kit and you will only receive the bolts, washers and nuts.If you do not see the color you want please let us know and we are happy to order in the color you want if available in the high quality brands we use.These wing mounts are made of a rubber like filament so they are more forgiving than the hard OEM plastic and absorb shock better but are not indestructible if you launch a 25-30lb vehicle 20 feet in the air and land directly on the wing in a skate park, we cant guarantee some freak accident that they might break. Please always keep in mind these are 3D printed parts, they will have surface texture and minor flaws, none that affect the function or strength of the parts. Parts can be sanded filled and painted if you want to customize. Please keep in mind when modifying no part is bullet proof. The idea behind TPU parts is to take the excess shock and disperse energy. There is always. Just as there was with the OEM parts an opportunity for the part to be broken. No part is immune to this. Cartwheeling the XRT constantly or landing a huge hit on the wing directly constantly or even just one big one at the right angle, no wing mount is going to continue to sustain those hits.
