Super Mario & Wario Plush 1993 TAKARA Mario with Bucket 7" VERY RARE

Description: this was TAKARA's first mario plush set which kicked off a long line of top-tier mario and donkey kong plushes TAKARA made for Nintendo. This is the original Mario plush from an obscure, japanese-only mario game called Mario and Wario. in the set comes peach, luigi, mario, yoshi, and wario himself. the emblem on his cap is worn off but he miraculously has a completely intact bucket. in the game, mario and company would have to cover their heads with the buckets to protect himself/herself from arial attacks launched by Wario. what is brilliant is that the plush is able to do the same thing! his arms can be lifted up to make the bucket cover his head, what a fantastic play feature. the bucket is attacked by only 2, white threads and, in its own capacity, is made of a thin plastic not built to stand the test of time making it rare to see one in such great condition as this mario is.
