It looks like the shrink wrap split along top edge or was torn, and then partially re-closed with pieces of tape. There is also a tear in shrink at the bottom of back.Sleeve is VG+ Promo hole punch at bottom left corner, very minor wear to corners and along top edge. Most of the discoloration seen in pics is on the shrink wrap, but the sleeve may have some areas of age discoloration.
