Loved the book and this was just a perfect depiction. The modern music didn't mother me. If it makes you relate to something better than why not?! I defy you to go away from this film and not be singing the Lana Del Ray track over and over in your head!Ø I Love it! It is amazing in my opinion.Ø Tons of depth and pop outs! Great music, crystal-clear picture and bright vivid colors. This one was definitely directed with 3D in mind. Had never really considered getting this one, but price dropped below 10 bucks, so I took a chance, and glad I did.Ø Movie starts with an old black and white newsreel-type opening credit, then slowly turns color and 3D.
