This building is in used, played with condition as can be seen in all the pictures, but is in excellent functioning/structural shape. The only chipping or paint loss is around the roof area, which is very common for well loved toy over 23 yrs old!! All of the knobs and pieces are present, securely attached and working as they should to provide hours more fun on the tracks!! The building has been completely cleaned/sanitized with wipes and is ready for more years of play.
