The hassle comes when you have some equipment that uses Digital Coaxial and other equipment with a Toslink connection. In this case, you need to adapt one signal type to the other type. You can plug your Toslink Digital Optical in and get Digital Audio Coax Out. This can transform a Digital Toslink Optical signal to a digital RCA Coaxial (S/PDIF) audio signal. Come with a power adapter and the dust cap on the optical TOSLink end(Must be removed before use, pull it out). This coaxial-to-optical converter will allow you to connect the coaxial digital audio output from your TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, HD Cable Box cable, or STB receiver to a Toslink digital optical input. It is all plug-and-play. Used 24-bit audio DSP, 96KHz digital receivers, 24bit ADC, support all S/PDIF digital audio transmission for uncompressed PCM, LPCM, Dolby AC-3, Dolby 5.1 Dolby Digital, and DTS sound.
