The figures are moving in the bubble so that makes those white lines behind them.-card with flaws can be all kind of factory made issues: having 1-2 small / tiny spots on the shogun sign or somewhere on the card art, slight creases, smudge or fading on the card. I will try to get you the best looking card as possible, but it won`t be perfect-damaged cards will have all the issues above or tear or bigger crease etc. it`s for card opener collectors, who won`t care about the card.
