It features seven copper rivets on the hanger and a brass scabbard tip. It will accommodate most Civil War period bayonets including those for Springfield and Enfield rifles and muskets. This scabbard is suitable for all mid to late war Union impressions, as well as many Confederate impressions as large numbers were captured and put to use by Rebel forces.
