Description: A close friend of mine processes the deer he gets every year and gave me this used Forshner knife that he just had professionally sharpened and told me he uses a similar one to bone out his deer. Needless to say, I put it in the kitchen drawer and forgot about it till recently. I take my deer to a local butcher to have it processed. Knife is very sharp and perfect for boning out an animal. The knife is 16" long with a 10 1/4" blade. Probably started life as a chef's knife but now works perfectly as a boning knife.
