The needle bearing design also makes these boxes much longer lasting. This also includes the steel pitman arm. It is very heavy duty. The holes on the pitman arm measure 6 1/4" center to center. These Vega box kits are ideal for many street rod applications, especially early Ford and Chevy cars (Model A, 1932 Ford, Rat Rods). They are not recommended for vehicles over 3,000 pounds.
