Description: I great working condition very rare WWII magazine for WWII German P38 Pistol made by Mauser Werke Oberndorf Capacity 8 rounds. This magazine has P.38 marking and two Eagle/135 army inspections on spine manufactured in late 1942 by Mauser Werke Oberndorf There were only 700 pistols made in 1942 by Mauser , and magazines stamped like that, with 2 eagle proofs on spine.In 1943 till end of production only one proof was applied on spine. Correct for very early production Mauser Byf 42 P38 pistol - serial 1-700 This is the rarest of Mauser made P38 magazines - impossible to locate. Finish was likely redone - also some patina and surface erosion present. Please use pictures as best description.Magazine functions excellent..
