Description: Victorian black, silver and cream silk parasol, Late 1800s antique black, silver and cream parasol, found in family trunk. Black satin canopy with fine black netting and silver satin on edge. Fine black netting with cream embroidery insert on bottom third of canopy. Glossy black wooden handle with a black silver pom-pom matching the edging on top. Will open, though is stiff.Canopy is 30/32 inches when open and shaft is 35.5 inches from tip to end.Parasol is in fair/good condition with minimal damage and soiling. Splitting is as photographed.
