Description: Vintage 1898 (approximately 3 inches x 1 1/2 inches when closed) Wallet Stamp Holder Leather with Snap Fastener & 7 World War II era US Stamps (5) Jefferson purple 3 cent, (1) Oregon Territory 3 cent & (1) 'Bomber' 6 cent airmail stamp. My great grandmother received the stamp wallet for Christmas in 1898 (see photo of inscription). Looks like the last time she used it was during World War II because of the stamps I found inside of it when I inherited it (she died in 1964). In good condition for an item over 125 years old .
