Description: This is a Vintage 3 1/2 lb Single Bit Michigan Pattern Collins Iron Axe Head. Axe head has some expected light surface rust, and blade needs a sharpening, but doesn't appear to be damaged in any way. Weighs about 3 lbs, and is about 8" long. Blade edge is about 4.5" long. Comes with parts of it's original sticker type label! Blade part needs a sharpening, but doesn't appear to be damaged. Note - auction is for the shown iron axe head only, and doesn't come with a handle.
