Description: ART Arthur Pepper Rooster Head vintage Rooster brooch, a colorful combination of hand painting, sparkling rhinestones, faux pearls and was made by ART (Mode-Art / Arthur Pepper) back in late 1950s or early 1960s. It measures a nice 2 7/8 inches in length, 1.5 inches in width and the neck feathers are various lengths and angles giving the piece the illusion of movement. It is in good vintage condition with small areas of paint loss and a single missing pearl. It is marked ART within a medallion on the back. An original book piece . Price reflects flaws.
