He has a paper mache face and a spun cotton cone hat. His base is covered in mica glitter. We believe he was made in Japan…but is not marked (we found him with a number of elves from Japan). In his arm he holds a feather tree sprig and a mushroom. A perfect addition to any home or Christmas collection.
