Description: Vintage Halloween Scarecrow/Pumpkin Man/ Pumpkin Farmer Candle Scarecrow with pumpkin head wearing black hat, overalls, and holding jack-o-lanterns/pumpkins This candle is new in that it has never been used or lit, but it is pre-owned. Excellent condition with one tiny area of missing paint on his hat (not super noticable - see photos) There is also an area of missing black paint on the back that appears to be a manufacturing flaw.
