Description: These vintage Hilda calendars were created as advertisements in the year 2000-01. They feature pin-up illustrations of Hilda by artist Duane Bryers. There are 7 pages with December 2000 on the first page and 2 months per page on remaining pages. It includes a hanger to display on the wall. Created by illustrator Duane Bryers (1911-2012), in the 1950's Hilda was a plus-size pin-up illustration. The typical 1950s pin-up girl was slim and conventionally-posed but Hilda, a plus-sized redhead broke the mold with her plump figure and light-hearted demeanor. These calendars will be shipped flat and are not bent and in excellent condition.
