Description: Very Nice old Ka-Bar, Union Cutlery Co., Olean NY., Stag scales, "Woodcraft" style blade. Stag scales have swelled a bit and have parted slightly from age that is typical with stag sometimes see pics, but scales are rock solid tight on handle. Pommel cap is tight as well and in excellent shape as far as any scratching or abuse. Blade is showing age and use or sharpening surface scratching that is very light and shows very light pitting in areas ! Knife is a keeper and comes with original sheath that is in great vintage condition !! OAL is 8 1/2", blade is at 4 3/8" in length....Nice !!
