This looks and feels like 100% wool, but there are no fabric content tags to verify. The jacket features a two button closure, three buttons at each cuff, two flap covered side pockets, a besom chest pocket, an interior pocket, and a back slit / vent. The skirt features two hidden side pockets, elasticized panels at either side of the waistband, a back vent / slit, and a zipper back closure topped by a single button. Both pieces are fully lined.This skirt suit is marked a size 14R, but please check the measurements below as sizing varies from maker to maker and from decade to decade. Due to vanity sizing through the years, this fits most like a modern day size 10, depending on the brands you are accustomed to wearing.Lying flat, the skirt measures 14-3/4 inches across the waist (measurement taken without stretching the elasticized panels) and 25 inches across the bottom hem. The total length of the skirt is 27 inches. The jacket measures 15-1/2 inches from shoulder to shoulder, 19-1/4 inches across the chest, 18 inches across the waist, and 21-1/2 inches at the bottom hem.
