Description: This is a great pair of Murano sculptures in the form of fish. I believe that these Murano fish were made sometime in the late fifties perhaps early sixties. The interior of the glass has teal ribbons of glass that run just under the surface about 1/4 " apart. As these ribbons run along the perimeter it gives the appearance of a crossover pattern. This pattern runs up the body of the entire fish.. one fish has a small chip at the end of tail. See last photo. They measure 16” long and weigh over 5 lbs each.
