Signed Piltz in lower left. Professional framed with a double matte and non glare gkass. Paper backed has tears/scuffs and has a wire hanger. Wonderful watercolor painting of a bay with Victorian era women in the background picking flowers. Way back is a village in town. Signed Piltz. Auction house had it lasted as an H. Piltz painting. I am uncertain on the exact artist. Painting was definitely done by a trained artist. Item was previously owned and may have hard to see wearing from age.
