Description: Vintage Sterling Silver Heart Charm, beautiful small charm, blue enamel with painted pink heart, monogrammed Richard on back side, in great condition, ready for adding to a puffy heart bracelet, measures 5/8" from top of bail to bottom of heart, and 7/16" across.
