Description: Has a small brass tag " The Belber trunk and Bag Co." April 11th 1934. This would have been used during WW II, Korea, and probably Vietnam. Its solid and very well made. When it came to me someone had tried to break into it and had pried the lock loose and some of the metal trim but did not damage the wood. I've put it back together like it should be but I have no key.. Also it has been painted in a green that is not what Olive Drab should look like. Structurally it is sound with only some minor cracks in the lid as pictured. All the latches are complete and work like they should. All the metal trim and corner piece's are there. It had leather handles like the older travel trunks but they are long gone. There are repro leather ones available and if you have any old belts around that will work. The brackets with the revits are on it. The lock is an Eagle and does have a number on it. AND the most important part---- It does have the original tray and its in very good condition !!! Its 31"X17"X13" and weighs about 40 lbs.. Pickup would helpful and I can be around most days pickup zip is 86426
