Description: FW Spencer Framed Water Boatyard Landscape Watercolor APPROX MEASUREMENTS 31x23" Frame Print 21x14" DESCRIPTION I don't know if this is a print or an actual Watercolor. Not going to open up the back to find out so I'm selling it as a print if it's an original watercolor then bless you. I could not find anything about this artist except a couple of pictures that were sold at auction, no value info. So just flying by the seat of my pants on this one. It is a very interesting piece of art and I could not find one like it anywhere. In a natural wood frame with a gold edging on the inner lip, double matted in light gray and brown. Hanging wire in the back. CONDITION The front is in beautiful condition no scratches, chips or damage. The wood frame looks really good. The only damage that I could see is to the paper in the back, which obviously can easily be replaced.
