Description: FAIR CONDITION This has imperfections as seen in the photos. This appears to have been attached to a dowel and base possibly. This would look great just sitting on a shelf. Many dishes even newer ones and pottery have unacceptable lead content and and are not safe especially for children and pregnant women! Painted dishes are more prone to have lead. Chipped, cracked, or scratched dishes can leach lead. It would be better to use this for collector purposes only.
