Description: I have a collection of 1000's of vintage pin/badges from the 1940's - 2000 mainly. Please check the rest of my listings and do stop by again as I list daily. I have taken photographs of the front and back so please use these to check the condition. I have also taken a photograph to show the size of the badge. TV Times Tivvy Club BadgeCirca 1960's Tivvy was the advertising mascot for the TV Times magazine and represented the Junior TV Times Club. The Tivvy character was adopted from the Fauni Gonk dolls of Finland. Three Tivvy badges made up the set of which one featured his catchphrase “in colour”. Tivvy had his spin-off merchandise that included a TV cartoon, TSB money banks, a charts record (Tivvy’s Tune) and the Tivvy annuals (costing 6 shillings). Tovvy was supposedly Tivvy’s female companion and was introduced later but I am unaware of any badges issued for her.
