Highly decorated woodblock title page opposite text page 1, also with a highly decorated border and design. Printed in black and red ink. Many marginal woodcut designs and capital letters throughout. Bookplate from Charles MacA. Willcox on the front-free-endpaper with a detailed illustration and the lines, "Bards of Passion and of Mirth / Ye Have Left Your Souls on Earth!"
