Description: Second Serve Tennis presents a Wilson Hammer Classic 5.2 Mid+ (Original Purple) grip size 4 1/2" . his is a used Wilson PRO STAFF Classic 4.2 Mid+ 95 square inches with a 4 5/8" grip size. The racquet is GOOD 7.5+/10 condition and strung with white Wilson sensation synthetic gut. Please see photos and specs. The racquet is for an upper intermediate - advanced level player . There is some wear on the upper loop, I would just use some scrape tape, it's not a big deal. This model is becoming increasingly difficult to find in playable condition. Full cover carrying bag is included. Please see specs and photos and feel free to ask any questions. Note: This frame plays stiffer than the more commonly seen 6.1 model. In my view this is the better of the two frames, especially if your game is an attacking move forward style and especially if you serve and volley, more headlight balance and stiffer flex than the 6.1 model. Clearly, this is one of the top 5 racquets Wilson ever produced, unfortunately it was not made in the high numbers as the 6.1 model but many of the touring pros back in the day used this frame with the 6.1 paint job for contract endorsement purposes.
